What we collect. Account details (name, email, hashed password); your licence key and MT5 account numbers that activate it; subscription and payment status from WalletPlug; and basic technical logs (IP, timestamps).
Payments. Card details are handled by WalletPlug on their PCI-compliant systems. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use data. To manage your account, verify your licence in MT5, process subscriptions, provide support, and prevent abuse.
Sharing. Only with service providers needed to run ForexCord and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention. We keep records as long as your account exists and as required for legal purposes, then delete or anonymise.
Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion. Contact us to exercise these rights.
